Whatever lever you are, to earn commissions you must be Autoship or active by placing a qualifying product order 50-200 CV each month and CV from strong team will carried forward to you next month.

Carried Forward is CV which difference between the strong and weak team, The carried will over to next month depends on keeping you personal CV.

When you enroll at the Executive Level, you actually get three income centers. So that means you are eligible to earn up to 25,000 USD a month in team volume commissions in each ! That gives you a maximum potential of 75,000 USD a month in this element of the compensation plan.

From the picture, you earn 3,000 USD [3,000x35=105,000 THB] on the 30,000 CV in weak team on the left hand side. Your carried forward will be 20,000 CV next month on the right hand side when you Autoship.

5. Executive Bonus Pool 3% of Global CV
This bonus provides some transitional income to bridge you between fast start commissions when you begin, and the solid residual income you develop later. It is available only to those when enroll at the Executive level. This is a weighted bonus depending on the growth in your weak team, month to month.

3% of company Commissionable Volume (CV) is placed in the pool each month, and paid out to those who qualify. You receive one share for each increase of 1,000 CV in your weak team from the previous month. After you have reached 40,000 in TVC in your weak team. you no longer qualify for this pool and graduate to the rewards set aside for Senior Director.

From the picture, you receive 4 share for increase 4,000 CV from the previous month. Share value can be changed based on business’s growth of company Commissionable Volume.

6. Executive Bonus 1% of Global CV
This bonus is available for who qualify as Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager level which 1,000-10,000 CV in weak team.
