2. Second Income : Fast Start Bonus 35-200 USD

This is a way you can start earning as soon as you begin. For those that need money right away, the Fast Start Commission allows you to get into profit quickly.

3. Third Income : Team Volume Commission 10 %

5-6-7 Income: Executive Bonus

5. Executive Bonus Pool 3% of Global CV
This bonus provides some transitional income to bridge you between fast start commissions when you begin, and the solid residual income you develop later. It is available only to those when enroll at the Executive level. This is a weighted bonus depending on the growth in your weak team, month to month.

3% of company Commissionable Volume (CV) is placed in the pool each month, and paid out to those who qualify. You receive one share for each increase of 1,000 CV in your weak team from the previous month. After you have reached 40,000 in TVC in your weak team. you no longer qualify for this pool and graduate to the rewards set aside for Senior Director.

From the picture, you receive 4 share for increase 4,000 CV from the previous month. Share value can be changed based on business’s growth of company Commissionable Volume.

6. Executive Bonus 1% of Global CV
This bonus is available for who qualify as Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager level which 1,000-10,000 CV in weak team.

7. Executive Bonus 0.5% of Global CV
This bonus is available for who qualify as Director, Regional Director level which 10,000-40,000 CV in weak team.

To earn all Executive Bonus you must be active by placing a qualifying product order 100 CV each month.

8, 9. First, Second Benefit : Leadership Retreat and Lifestyle Trip

8. Leadership Retreat
3 trips a year, Director level and above will be invited to Leadership Retreat, so every 4 months (Nov-Feb), (Mar-Jun), (Jul-Oct) who qualify Director level and above will have the opportunity to travel worldwide with Agel

9. Lifestyle Trip
Each year Diamond Directors and above will be invited to the annual Agel Leadership Conference, which is held in an exotic location.
